I'm sure my children are rolling their eyes again behind my back as I turn towards yet another unmistakably bland, cracked and uninteresting wall. I can't help it and neither I guess can they.
your photos have completely removed these walls from their 'bland' existence. i can appreciate how some people might walk right past these walls without seeing them at all, or see them as bland.. though i have always seen the beauty in bland. what a great name for an exhibition - 'bland beauty.' thanks for sharing these photos james!
